FAQs

Can I apply directly to one of Monitor's business units?

Monitor's business units will directly hire graduate degree holders with relevant experience, as well as working candidates with relevant experience. Graduates and experienced candidates interested in a particular group company should indicate their preference in their cover letter when they apply. Undergraduates hired into Monitor spend their first eighteen months gaining exposure to different Monitor knowledge domains. At that point, they will then have the opportunity to engage in conversations about joining specific business units.

How do I apply to a particular office?

Monitor has offices all over the world. Candidates interested in a particular Monitor office should indicate their preference in their cover letter when they apply. Please note, however, that Monitor's recruiting system is organized as a hub system. Apply to the office closest to where you live, indicating in your cover letter the office where you would like to work.

I have a graduate degree from a field outside of business. Is Monitor interested in me and how does the process work?

I am currently working at another job. How and when should I apply?
